Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Ty attended The Ohio State University, where he studied Nutrition and Business. He relocated to Los Angeles to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry, where he developed a strong network and deep understanding of the city's culture, a network his clients benefit from on every deal.

Ty is known for his attention to detail, natural charisma, and highly personalized approach. Outside of real estate, he trains in Jiu Jitsu, serves through his church, Mosaic, and is actively involved in youth mentorship.
